When you access this website, your browser transmits technical data that is stored in server log files: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, browser type and version, operating system and the volume of data transferred.

This processing is necessary to deliver the website securely and stably. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). Log data is deleted or anonymised after a short retention period.

Without optional consent, this website does not load Google Tag Manager or its analytics and advertising tags. We store one entry in your browser's local storage to remember your choice in the cookie notice, so that the notice is not shown again on every visit.

Technically necessary storage is based on Section 25 (2) TDDDG and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Any optional storage is only used with your consent under Section 25 (1) TDDDG and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you may withdraw at any time.

Cookie settings

We use Google Tag Manager (container GTM-PQ55QCN), provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to manage statistics and marketing tags after consent. Statistics and marketing can be selected separately. The container loads only after you expressly allow at least one category. Rejection loads neither GTM code nor a GTM iframe and sends no cookieless measurement signals through this integration (Basic Consent Mode).

Consent Mode V2 initially sets analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization to “denied”. Statistics consent enables analytics storage; marketing consent enables advertising storage, use of data for advertising and personalised advertising. Loading the container sends Google your IP address and technical browser information. Depending on the tags enabled in the container, additional usage data and cookie identifiers may be processed. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and Section 25 (1) TDDDG.

Data may be processed in the USA. Transfers to appropriately certified US companies may rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; otherwise appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, are required. Consent is voluntary and does not affect your medical care. You can withdraw it for the future via “Cookie settings”; past processing is unaffected. Withdrawal reloads this website to stop running tags and removes known Google measurement cookies accessible on this site. We cannot delete cookies on third-party domains.

This website uses the Work Sans web font delivered by Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When the font is loaded, your IP address is transmitted to Google and may be processed on servers in third countries on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a consistent, accessible presentation). Our own brand typeface is served from our own infrastructure.

Our booking button links to the external scheduling service Clinicore. Data you enter there is processed by the provider under its own privacy policy on the basis of a data processing agreement with us.

Appointment data is processed to prepare and perform treatment. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR and Art. 9 (2) (h) GDPR in conjunction with Section 22 (1) no. 1 (b) BDSG for health data.

If you contact us, we process the data you provide in order to answer your enquiry. If your message contains health information, we process it on the basis of Art. 9 (2) (h) GDPR for the purpose of medical treatment.

Please note that unencrypted e-mail is not a secure channel. Do not send sensitive medical documents by ordinary e-mail; we will agree a secure route with you.

Once a treatment relationship begins, we keep medical records in accordance with professional and statutory obligations. Records are retained for at least ten years after treatment ends (Section 630f (3) BGB), and longer where other retention obligations apply.

Data is disclosed to third parties – laboratories, pathology, anaesthetists, billing service providers, your insurer – only where necessary for treatment or billing, or where you have consented.

We do not use profiling, scoring or automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. Optional advertising tags are subject to your marketing consent as described above.

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
